FOTO ATLANTIC BILDSCHAU VOM TAGE PRESS PHOTO CARD (GERMANY)
These press photo cards were in a series titled Bildschau Vom Tage (Picture show of the day) and released by the Foto Atlantic agency. They were similar to the French Prestine-Velox jumbo photo cards of the 1930s as they featured military, culture and sports and were distributed to the public. They were released primarily during the 2nd World War in the German Reich for daily photojournalism and propaganda. This card features two sports subjects, basketball and football.
